At Texas Pride Trailers, we want you to wear your Lone Star spirit with confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn, unwashed apparel. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we are committed to making it right as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the original items, including all tags and packaging, into a secure shipping bag and attach the pre-paid shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once scanned, you will receive a tracking notification to monitor the delivery status.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 3-5 business days.
